Inspired by the raw, untouched landscapes of Iceland, I founded Ljóma to create more than skincare. I wanted to build a brand that honors nature, invites calm, and supports the kind of radiance that doesn’t shout—it simply glows.

Our life care formulas are designed to nourish both skin and spirit, using gentle, effective ingredients sourced responsibly from renewable origins. Our formulations honour the skin’s architecture—reinforcing its structure, protecting its resilience, and supporting its natural renewal. Inspired by Iceland’s elemental landscape and built on Scandinavian clarity, we use only what the skin truly needs.
Our ingredients-first philosophy means no parabens, no phthalates, no sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS), no mineral oil or petrolatum, no paraffin, no diethanolamine (DEA), no polyethylene beads, and no animal-derived components (with the exception of ethically sourced beeswax and honey). Each formula centres around botanicals like Iceland Moss, snow algae and mineral-rich waters—these extract materials are chosen for their proven performance and alignment with our minimalist design language.
