We want your Ljóma experience to feel just right. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may return any unopened or gently used product within 21 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

To begin a return, simply email hello@shopljoma.com with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.

Please note: Products must be returned in their original packaging. Return shipping is complimentary for orders within the continental U.S. For international returns, a small shipping fee may apply.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once your return is received and inspected. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you.
